Terms of Service

These terms apply to sdcreativestudio.com and to SD Studio, our social media scheduling app at studio.sdcreativestudio.com, both run by SD Creative Studio, Ahmedabad, India.

1. The website

The website describes our design, video and social media services. Prices, timelines and deliverables for any project are agreed with you separately in writing or on WhatsApp before work starts.

2. SD Studio scheduler

SD Studio is a private tool used by our team, and by clients we invite, to plan and publish posts. By connecting an account you confirm that you own it or are allowed to manage it, and you allow us to publish the posts you approve to that account. You can disconnect at any time from the platform’s own settings or by asking us.

You stay responsible for the content you ask us to publish and for following the rules of each platform, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta’s terms and LinkedIn’s User Agreement. We may refuse to publish content that is unlawful or breaks those rules.

3. Availability

We work to keep SD Studio running, but social platforms can change or limit their services. We are not liable for posts that are delayed or fail because of a platform outage, a revoked permission or an expired connection. We will tell you if a scheduled post fails.
