Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SD Creative Studio (“we”, “us”), a design and marketing studio in Ahmedabad, India, run by Sahil Devnani, collects and how we use it. It covers this website, sdcreativestudio.com, and our social media scheduling app, SD Studio, at studio.sdcreativestudio.com.

1. Enquiry forms on our websites

When you send an enquiry through a form on sdcreativestudio.com or nexteradholera.in, we receive the details you type in, such as your name, phone number, email and message, together with the page you sent it from, the time and your IP address. We use this only to reply to you about your enquiry. It is emailed to us and kept in a private file on our hosting account. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

2. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit our pages and which buttons they use (for example WhatsApp, call or email). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as pages visited, approximate location and device type. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

3. SD Studio scheduler app

SD Studio is our private tool for planning and publishing social media posts for SD Creative Studio and for clients who ask us to manage their accounts. It is used only by our team and by clients who choose to connect their own accounts through a connect link we send them.

When an account owner connects a platform, the app receives the following from that platform, only with the owner’s permission:

• YouTube (Google): the channel name, ID and picture, and permission to upload videos to that channel.
• Facebook and Instagram (Meta): the names and IDs of the Pages and Instagram professional accounts the owner selects, and permission to publish posts to them.
• Threads (Meta): the profile name and ID, and permission to publish posts.
• LinkedIn: the member’s name and profile picture, and permission to publish posts for that member.

The app also stores the posts, captions, images and videos we prepare, and the access tokens needed to publish them. Tokens are encrypted on our own server. We use this data only to publish the posts that the account owner has approved, at the time they choose. We do not read private messages, we do not use the data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with anyone.

4. Google user data

SD Studio’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube data only to show which channel is connected and to upload videos that the channel owner has approved. We do not use it to train AI models, and no person reads it except to keep the service working or when the law requires it. SD Studio uses YouTube API Services, so the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply. You can remove SD Studio’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

5. Where data is kept and for how long

Website enquiries are kept on our Hostinger hosting account. SD Studio data is kept on our own server, which is also hosted by Hostinger. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to work with you, and at most 3 years. Connected-account tokens and posts are kept until the account is disconnected or you ask us to delete them.

6. Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your data at any time:

• Email hello@sdcreativestudio.com or WhatsApp +91 93744 74085 with the subject “Delete my data”, and tell us your name and the account or phone number involved.
• To cut off the scheduler straight away, remove SD Studio’s access in your Google, Facebook, Instagram, Threads or LinkedIn settings.

We will delete your enquiry, your connected accounts, their tokens and the posts linked to them within 30 days and confirm by reply.

7. Children

Our services are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes and contact
